Dr. Kenneth L. Comb is a Lexington, Kentucky native who graduated from the University of Kentucky and then Tulane University Medical School in 1971. He did his Internship at Charity Hospital and Internal Medicine Residencies at Tulane University Medical School.
Dr. Combs served as a Major in the United States Army Medical Corps, and then in 1977 began his New Orleans practice where he specialized in Internal Medicine. He is a former clinical instructor at Tulane University School of Medicine. He retired from active practice at the end of 2018.
Dr. Combs is a member of several medical professional organizations, including the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine, the Louisiana Internal Medicine Society, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Musser Burch Society, the Orleans Parish Medical Society and the Southern Medical Association. Ken is now retired, rides his bicycle every day, and frequently graces us with visits.
Dr. F. Brobson Lutz, Jr., a proud son of Athens, Alabama, is a direct descendant of William Brewster, the "Elder Pilgrim" or "Patriarch of the Pilgrims", who is credited by many for writing the Mayflower Compact. Dr. Lutz graduated from Tulane University Medical School and completed his postgraduate training at Charity Hospital. He specializes in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
Dr. Lutz served as the New Orleans Director of Health for thirteen years, was Vice Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Orleans Parish Communications District, and continues to serve there as a Board Member.
He is a regular guest on WVUE Fox 8 Morning News, and has been a frequent contributor of health articles to publications such as New Orleans Magazine. Brobson has a variety of interests and hobbies that include literature, travel, New Orleans and other regional cuisines, urban gardening, raising chickens and beekeeping. Recently, Brobson discovered that he is a descendant of the "Elder Pilgrim" or "Patriarch of the Pilgrims", William Brewster, who is credited by many as having written the Mayflower Compact, and is by far the most famous of the pilgrims.
Amanda Bovie, Medical Office Assistant, has been at the Uptown office on Jena Street since 2004.
She was born and raised in Edgard, LA and lived Uptown until recently when she bought a home and returned to Edgard.
In her spare time Amanda enjoys shopping, going to movies, and traveling. Each fall the office anxiously awaits her homemade hogs head cheese
Robyn M. Lemoine, Business Manager, started her part-time journey in 1990 with our staff on Frenchmen Street while attending college. Robyn previously owned and managed a jewelry and specialty boutique located in her hometown Chalmette.
She rejoined our staff full time in 2005 at the Frenchmen Street Office and is now part of the staff at the Uptown Office on Jena Street and is responsible for accounting and financial reports
Robyn lives in Old Metairie with her family, Yorkie puppy Ella, and crazy little Chihuahua Lucy. When not at work, she can be found enjoying time with friends and family, Friday night High School football games, and Broadway in New Orleans at the Saenger Theater.
Suzanne Schultz, Receptionist/Bookkeeper, joined the staff at the end of 2023 after relocating back to Louisiana from the Houston area where she lived for 20 years and was a Senior Accountant for a global law firm.
Suzanne lives in the French Quarter where she loves exploring all that it has to offer. She loves traveling, food and spending time with family and friends.
